Almost all the animations are made in 2008 and there is both commercial and personal work.
At the moment I work as a freelancer and I'll try to develope my animation skills as much as I can. I haven't been able to get proper feedback or mentoring about my work so feel free to give some critigue

Your reel looks good, I think.
But I'd say its quite essential for a character animator to include the dialogue of lipsync shots in the reel, even if its in a language that some or most viewers don't understand. A friend of mine even subtitled these passages.
What I was missing too, is that you definitely need to have a shot breakdown to indicate what you did in the shots, what project it was and possibly what studio and what client you worked for.

Actually I have a shot breakdown, I just need to put it to website where it can be downloaded also.
I tried to include dialogue of lipsync shots but, it came too distracting in my opinion. Maybe because some of the lipsync shot are so short. I'll try to change the order of the shots so that all the lipsync shots are sequentially, maybe it will then work better.
That subtitle thing is also a good point, cos the Finnish language is not so common at all:)

Yeah, but it sounds cool

I agree, having the audio for a dialogue shot is important.

You can also include some minor shot breakdown as subtitles on the shot itself.

You may think this is distracting, but the viewer can go back and watch the bit again to see what you did rather than looking for a piece of paper or web page to accompany the reel.

Nice work in there too!

If there's a specific piece you want some critique on then post it up!

I made this short lipsync test to 11second club May competition.
Im quite pleased of the final result or at least I achieved pretty closely what I was planned to animate

But of course there are so many things that I should have done better and here are few examples:
-The upper body is too stiff all the way and it hits poses to sharply (should have more easing in)
- Arms looks robotic and there should be more follow through.
- Lipsync could be also better.

I agree with you, you definitely need to focus on your lipsync. (I know, the one in the glasshouse shouldn't throw the stones ) I guess you've watched DJ's Lipsync tutorial I found this quite helpful

I have watched DJ's Lipsync tutorial over and over and it's truly helpful. Next time when I do lipsync I will definitely experiment and exaggerate more the structure poses(open, close, wide and narrow) and make that basic structure work better.

Unfortunately I didn't enter this month's competition. I was waving my idea back and forward when I realized that the month is all ready over
Besides learning how to animate I should also learn to make decisions faster and stand behind them:)

Hey man, don't be so self-effacing. You stuff looks really promising and if you could have enough time to finish them properly, they would be really nice shots.
In your demo reel also, especially the clips with knights and horses are really well animated in my opinion. And you dare call yourself "more or less" professional animator
