Here is my new Showreel 2009, its still not quite finished, but have a look, anyways:



As soon as I am allowed to release it to the public I'll upload it to youtube and add it to the video section. Up till now I still have to wait for the final graded shots of that fat green dragon. Any suggestions are welcome!

Hey man, you've got some great work on there!

It's a really nice generalist reel, but if you were applying at a place as an animator, I would REALLY cut it back.

I'd start it with the horses, only have your animation shots in there, and maybe cut out the sperm animation, as they don't seem to stand up to the level of the rest of your animation.

Again, that's only if you're applying specifically as an animator.

It's all really nice work though.

I wasn't quite sure if it is an especially good idea to apply with a generalist reel, anyways. I think I'll try to split it up in various reels for animation, modeling (if I get some wireframe turntables) and maybe compositing and lighting.
Come to think of it, I don't want to do any lighting anymore, anyway.
