Walks! 1 Year, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
Good walks, so far, have been by far the best training excersizes.
They`re incredibly tough and if you feel confident a great way to push yourselve.

Hey Matt,
I could give you a password to upload your rig directly to the Animation Salvation server if you want.

So far Ive seen two people do a peglegged walk. An AM student did one which turned out cool and I remember seeing a sort of Swashbuckler pirate. Im curious what you`re working on with Norman the pirate! :]

I found a way to share the rig im using for some pirate stuff I just started working on(via the DJ,thanks for all your help).
Heres the link to the rig, if anyone wants to have a go doing some walks or what not. Im using maya 2009 so if you dont got it, it probably wont work for you. Its a pretty suped up version of norman I did a while ago. Its got an ik/fk spine now, and a few more squash and stretch options as well. Theres a hat and feather rig on there I threw together pretty quickly thats kinda fun to play with as well. If you want him to have a hook for a hand switch to fk hide the hand and make the hook group in the outliner visible. The hook is only working in fk mode right now.

I also started up a group on rigging in the groups section.
If you guys like this one I got a few other version of norman I can share.
