Ok, as our first official Animation Aerobic session lets animate a bouncing ball with personality!

This time around lets try and get a happy bouncing ball.

Now the challenge is that the ball must appear to be bouncing of its own power and it also must appear to be happy.

I'll try and upload my attempt by Wednesday, June 24 in the Videos section.

I will also create a new video category specifically for animation aerobics.

Hah cool, Ive got some time so I`ll try and join the fray :]

Feel free to make it as long as you want, but all I am going to make is a simple bouncing cycle of maybe 20 frames.

We're not trying to tell a story here, just exercise our skills and convey personality with a simple bouncing ball.

So lets keep it simple and make sure to complete this one!

Being economical with animation is fantastic. I created a 13 frame cycle and it was super fun to make. I never felt stressed eventhough I stressed my abilities quite a bit. Great idea!

Is there any way of uploading the Video to the Video section or should I use youtube? I tried adding it as a quicktime link, but the system rejected it because it was no known provider.

Because its so few frames I was very encouraged to improve the principles within it.
I could have pushed it even more. and its just 12 frames!

Now I've added mine to the video section. Trying to play it makes my firefox crash, but I guess that's got something to do with my divX player settings or something. In the Iexplorer it works.
